Jeff Mans welcomes you to the 2026 NFL Draft Guide! Be prepared to dominate Fantasy Football seasonal leagues and bring home a Championship 👊
You may notice quite a few changes around here this season. That is because immediately after the Seahawks hoisted the Lombardi Trophy in February, we at Fantasy Guru got to work for the 2026 NFL season. We began by sorting through all our member surveys and feedback from 2025. We went through all of our customer support emails and Discord notes to see what our members valued the most.
What we learned was that you wanted more tools, specifically a better league sync structure that made it easier to manage multiple leagues on different platforms. So, we built a brand-new league sync from the ground up. You told us that you wanted a better search feature to find content more efficiently. This was much harder than we thought and resulted in a full-on website rebuild and reorganization of our back end. You told us you wanted a more streamlined mobile experience. The new website accomplishes this, but we also rebuilt our Fantasy Guru mobile app.

Jeff Mans to be nicer and not boot anybody from Discord. Still a work in progress.
The point is that our ultimate goal here at Fantasy Guru is to get better. That goes for every season and every day. I’ve said it before and will reiterate it again here. We are in no way, shape or form the perfect versions of ourselves that we hope to be one day. We are constantly evolving day by day, player by player and draft by draft.
Fantasy football is not a game where you will be at your best on draft day. That is simply the starting point. Throughout the season, we will learn, adapt, conform, build and develop into the best versions of ourselves. The goal is not to peak in week one, four or eight. I need each of us to understand this because it is paramount to what we do here at Fantasy Guru. It’s also important so that we don’t fall into the traps that so many do each and every season. That trap is overreacting to some random early-season event that feels like doom at the time but is really just one of thousands of results we’ll acquire throughout the 2026 season.
You see, I don’t want us to be like other fantasy players. The hamster wheel of hype, result, overreaction and blame is downright exhausting. I’ve been playing this game for 38 years now and can say with 100% certainty that nobody ever gets everything they want. You have an 8-10% chance to win your fantasy league this year, higher if you use our content. That means 8-10% of you at the most will be satisfied with your results this season. Even if you do go on to win your league, there will likely be a few times during this season when something will not go your way, and it sends you into a form of rage. It’s of the utmost importance not to let these emotions, aka the hamster wheel, take you off your path.
This will be a very big refrain for me this summer. The longer I do this work, the more steadfast I become in wanting to actually make a difference. Winning championships, DFS contests and NFL bets is great, but truly becoming better players is something that will have a much more lasting impact.
If we have the same process as our competitors, we will suffer the same fate as them. Let’s face it, they just want the answers, and thus, all you are going to see or read on social media and the majority of competitor sites are guesses. Bad ones at that. They will not teach you about offensive systems, blocking schemes, defensive setups, league setups, scoring structures or the power of consistency. They will throw data points at you without any real understanding of what those numbers MEAN. You’ll see rankings and projections that were formed simply by leveraging historical calculations and assigning a player name to each sum.
Yeah, we look and sound different because we ARE DIFFERENT. Our entire staff is dedicated earnestly to helping you achieve your goals in 2026 and beyond.
Let’s get to work.
Jeff Mans
