NBC26 in Green Bay obtained a case file from the Hobart-Lawrence Police Department that includes a second woman accusing Packers RB Josh Jacobs of physical abuse in 2022. The department released hundreds of pages of redacted records from the Jacobs case file but withheld video. Jacobs’ legal matter has been closed, but an NFL investigation remains open.
