Russell Clay (Bio | Content)

Russell Clay has been in the Fantasy Football/NFL Draft industry for two decades, creating a wide array of content. Russell started his career at Dynastyleaguefootball.com, where he helped promote and innovate the college football/dynasty space. Russell specialized in NFL Draft prospect profiles and evaluating underclassmen. Inspired by Mike Clay (not related, but he’s cool), Russell found his way to ProFootballFocus (PFF), where he hosted a weekly dynasty podcast and provided some of the first College Football DFS content. Through PFF, Russell got opportunities to work with Rotogrinders, DraftKings (Playbook) and DailyFantasyCafe (later lineups.com).

In 2016, Russell decided to take a full-time opportunity with DailyFantasyCafe, and worked there for a year providing content on NBA, NFL, MLB and NFL. In 2018, Russell decided to take a break from the full-time industry and pursued a passion project called BREAKOUT FINDER (BF) with his friend Nathan Liss. In 2019, Russell got an amazing opportunity to work with FantasyGuru.com doing seasonal, dynasty and sports betting/DFS coverage. He’s been full-time with FantasyGuru for five years now.
